How We Work
Our Process
We seek to fill a roll as creative directors for our clients. At all times we try to keep things as simple as possible. Our priority is to achieve your projects’ goals. Beyond that we have flexibility and initiative with which to tailor your project, by either providing options or eliminating them as needs be. By openly informing each other, we can boost your projects effectiveness no matter what the scale.
Planning
Planning is the first stage of any project and is where we dive right in and organise deliverables, timeline expectations, fee structures and co-ordinate for any production that may be required. This eliminates doubt and ambiguity, allowing all parties to focus on getting the job done.
Concept
The next stage of any design project is concept, where we propose the idea, theme and architecture for potential solutions. This delivers one or more creative solutions that can be further tuned to suit you and your audience.
Revision
This is the stage of the project where your input is required to fine tune the concept. Quantity of revisions is usually determined in the planning stages and usually results in two or more stages of proposed solutions, adjusted to your feedback on the concept.
Execution
At this stage of the project all is decided, variables are settled and all components are crafted. Most technical requirements are addressed at this stage and often a stage of revisions is accounted for here, in the project plan.
Production
For Web solutions this means testing all software and security, followed by launch. For print or branding projects it means preflight and proofing. We will keep you informed of each stage of this process and seek approval as you require.
Delivery
At last you have your design, a brand new resource to promote your message or product, ready to be distributed to your audience and further your profile.
Payment
If it is your first project, we will seek a deposit up front and will require the balance on delivery. Fees are subject to change from the initial quotation but you will always be informed in advance of any such issue. Regular payment contracts can be arranged for ongoing projects such as branding, software and social media maintenance. Given the difficulty for businesses at this time, some flexibility is available depending on circumstance and we will always try and accomodate your budget and cash flow, once agreed in advance.
